My submission for the last month's Character Design Challenge. The theme was "Harry Potter" and I didn't want to go with a classic character, so Madame Under-secretary Dolores Umbridge was the chosen one.

It looks amazing. I love the shade of colours, the combination of blue, pink and a bit of light green perhaps ? Also i love Dolores' facial expression. Great work.
